Defined the process and facilitated the program investment’s ideation, selection, prioritization, and control with the program sponsor and regional portfolio managers. The goal was to improve the competitive advantage for supply chain capabilities, ensure that each project in the program aligned with strategic objectives, and track its benefits. As a result, captured ~$80M in cost-saving and >$40M in margin improvements.
